Blair has strong project management background, with 14 years’ progressive experience within the oil and gas sector both onshore and offshore within significant brownfield modifications and upgrades project teams.
Blair brings both client and contractor experience to AIM, having most recently held managerial roles with various oil exploration companies.
He most recently championed a continuous improvement programme within the site based engineering services team, maximising contractor efficiencies via unexplored methods of execution and ensuring schedules and budgets were achieved, while maintaining a high safety performance.
Gavin has worked across the Petrochemical, Oil and Gas and renewables sectors over the past 13 years managing multi-disciplined teams in project execution.
With a proven track record of project delivery, Gavin credits this to a combination of work ethic, the use of innovation and most importantly having a strong team around him.
Further to his Operations role, Gavin is AIM's Rope Access Technical Authority, taking the company through a successful IRATA Audit and gaining operator member accreditation from IRATA.
Colin is a Chartered Engineer with over 30 years’ experience in development, design, construction, commissioning and maintenance within oil/gas, petrochemical and power generating industries.
Having held a range of positions including I/E Engineer, Engineering Manager and Project Manager for major oil companies, he has lead multi-disciplined engineering teams in resource production, power generation facilities and capital projects.
He has demonstrated his ability in managing projects of various size and complexities on both existing assets and new developments, responsible for delivering cost and schedule expectations within the UK and international assignments.
Colin is also a certified Functional Safety Engineer (TÜV SIS) and is a member of the Institute of Measurement and Control
Neil Mackinnon (CA) has over 25 years’ experience supporting growth in all sizes of business.
Qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with PwC in Edinburgh, Neil has worked as Finance Director in a pioneering global Silicon Valley computer manufacturer
Neil was also CFO of a Private Equity backed start-up food business.
