We communicate safety values throughout our organisation to ensure it’s on everyone’s agenda. Our policies are designed to encourage all employees to promote health and safety within and outside our company. By communicating information effectively, we proactively improve health and safety in the industry.
With every construction project, we proactively look for ways we can increase efficiency and reduce tool time. We seek out innovative products from the marketplace to ensure projects are completed effectively, within budget and with maximum value add. As one of the safest and most cost-effective methods of working at height, we use rope access systems to reach challenging structures, without the need for scaffolding.
Our lean approach to construction means we coordinate activities in such a way that identifies risk ahead of time and plans for alterations in advance. Having robust project controls in place throughout the execution provides our team and our clients with continuous oversight and enables us to identify areas for potential cost reduction.
With full visibility, comes effective decision making. That’s why we’re transparent about budgeting, scheduling and progress. With our centralised reporting, everyone can track the development of the project and make collective decisions when variances arise.
Quality assurance is one of the core values by which we operate as a company. It’s fundamental to the success of construction projects and our customers trust us to execute to the highest standards. AIM acts as a single point of contact to our clients, so that we’re able to identify what projects need as well as what our clients want.
We’re ISO 9001 accredited in Quality Management Systems and we demonstrate our ability to meet all statutory and regulatory requirements with every project we deliver. We continuously refine our processes and look to improve our systems at every opportunity.
We strive to conserve our construction materials and keep our energy usage to a minimum to reduce our environmental footprint. We endeavour to provide value for the environment wherever possible. Our approach to execution is consistent with our environmental policy and we ensure that all compliance obligations and objectives are fulfilled.
